  • What is dispatch time limit?

Next day shipping if ordered after midday. Processing time may be delayed during promotions/sales for which we sincerely apologise.

  • Are there any import fees /charges applicable for international shipping?

UK customers are not charged VAT. Other countries however may charge VAT/Import fees on goods over a certain amount. Please check with your country’s government website for more information. Customers are solely responsible for any and all impartation/delivery taxes and charges. Failure to comply may result in the destruction of goods without refund.

  • Can I change my order?

Please make sure to check your orders before confirming. Thoroughly review Price, Shipping Costs, Quantities, Address and Contact Details before placing order.  Confirmation means final and cannot be amended. 

  • Do you accept refunds?

Refunds will not be offered unless there’s genuine fault with the product in question, which should be reported within 3 days of your order receipt.
